The Most Powerful Phone Of 2022 - iQoo 11 ( Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 )

This is the iQoo 11 Legendary edition. For those unfamiliar with iQoo, they are a sister company to Vivo, the official sponsor of the World Cup. You might think this is another of this year's flagship smartphones but with BMW motorsport branding...but this is a Monster inside. It is a next-level performance-driven device. In fact, it's among the first of the next-generation flagship smartphones for 2023. Because under the hood is the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 gen 2 chipset.

Simply put, if you were to compare the iQoo 11's CPU speed to the Samsung Galaxy S22 or any device with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. It would outperform it by 35%. And speed is crucial, but do you know what else is equally important... power & this device, thanks to the SD 8 gen 2 is estimated to be around 40% more power efficient than last year's flagships...

And iQoo has thrown in a 5000mAh battery which is really the top end of battery sizes in smartphones & a 120Watt flash charger in the box. So Iqoo does provide all the power & speed you need. But it gets better.

A lot of the top-spec flagship smartphones of 2022 had impressive displays, many of which were Samsung Displays E5 AMOLED. With 120Hz refresh rates. The iQoo 11 has the new E6 Amoled with 144Hz refresh. And not only is this faster than the E5 it can also get brighter with peak luminance reaching up to 1800Nits, and at the same time, it is 13% more power efficient.

And it gets better. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 GPU is all new and improved and 25% faster regarding overall graphical performance, which is a big deal in the world of gaming. And on the topic of gaming, the new snapdragon 8 gen 2 now supports ray tracing, which is a technique for rendering 3D graphics. Essentially this improves upon reflections, beams of light & shadows. All of which will all appear with greater detail & accuracy. Mark my words, one day in the future, you may not even know the difference between what is real and what isn't... I'm going to link an Ai video at the end

And see that digital subscribe button below this video...If you push that. It would make a real difference to me...for real anyway

let me know in the comments whether you think this iQoo 11 has the minerals to defeat what you consider to be the current Android flagships right now?

The V2 Chip

Well, you know what? If you already think this sounds good, It gets even better. Most phones rocking Qualcomm chips rely entirely on the Qualcomm Adreno GPU for all the graphics renderings, but not the iQoo 11. iQoo has kind of supercharged the iQoo 11 and has added little chip of their own. Known only as the V2.

The V2 chip from iQoo enhances the display's performance with the ability to upscale the frames per second using interpolation. This is a method of predicting movements and inserting additional frames in-between existing ones. So that even games that only support lower frame rates can be enhanced to 90 or even 120 fps using predictive AI. And because it's taking some of the workloads away from the SD8 gen 2 it actually makes the E6 display even more power efficient than it already is.

And here's another bonus display attribute that I'm sure many people will appreciate, including MKBHD. The display is flat.

Gaming Features

And there are also some gaming visual enhancements tweaks thrown in for good measure. To help to gain an edge & secure more victories when competing. And here's another gaming advantage that the iQoo 11 has & for some of you, this might not be a feature you realised you needed. Until you've learned to use it.

It's what iQoo call the dual monster touch. Most mobile gamers are limited to two thumb controls... this monster touch feature allows you to use four inputs simultaneously. Another addition to assisting you with your game awareness is the linear x-axis haptics that has a new algorithm that is said to give you a better idea of where you're getting shot from in games like PubG. There are even more gaming options. Such as the ability to adjust the sensistivity and gyroscope sensitivity for certain games.

If you are a gamer you'll also appreciate the fact that iQoo realises the importance of good audio. There are dual speakers onboard can deliver a 120-degree audio output, which sounds pretty good to me...

Camera

So if you've been watching the channel for a while, I like comparing smartphone camera performances. And on paper, the specs on the iQoo 11 is nothing short of impressive. We have a 50MP GN5 primary F1.8 a 13MP Telephoto, and an 8MP ultra-wide. It's one thing for me to tell you how good they are, but. It's probably better to just show you.

Here is how the iQoo currently compares to the Google Pixel 7 Pro & iPhone 14 Pro Max. This is primary, This is the Telephoto, This is the ultra, and this is one ugly mudda fuker lol yes that's me. A monster on the outside lol

This phone also boasts incredible video stabilisation, night photography, and video features, which I will be testing soon. So make sure your bell notifications are on for that when it goes live.

So iQoo call the iQoo 11 a monster on the inside for many reasons. And think it's justified... not only does it have the 2023 flagship ship but this version right here has 16GB or Ram, which is double the amount of all the most well know flagships right now...And while it is truly fair to say it's a monster inside but on outside. It's quite beautiful.

It's got what the french call a 'Clous de paris' pattern here on the tri-colour stripes. The back is described by iQoo a lychee texture vegan leather & apparently, there are carbon fibre elements weaved into the design.

I think I found the iPhone 14 Pro Max's Kryptonite... The Vivo X80 Pro is an older device with some secret weapons regarding camera tech. Is it enough to beat the mighty iPhone? Watch this video and see what you think!
